    （本文档仅供参考） 问题说明 在smartbi的系统监控->监视界面中，正常是可以点击“执行垃圾回收”按钮，可以手动执行JVM垃圾回收，释放资源。 但是有时候点击“执行垃圾回收”会发现系统并不执行垃圾回收。 image2018-9-20 17:59:4.png 解决方案 据已知情况，如果是websphere应用服务器上，那么很有可能是因为websphere的JVM参数中设置了-Xdisableexplicitgc参数。此参数关闭了系统的gc，导致垃圾回收不执行。 image2018-9-20 18:1:44.png 因此需去除此参数。

    （本文档仅供参考） 问题 smartbi中是否会超时呢？会的话是什么时候超时呢？可不可以手动设置超时时间？ 解决方案  1.首先smartbi是有会话保持机制的。 （1）会话超时是中间件（Tomcat、weblogic、WebSphere等中间件）自身的机制决定的，smartbi为了防止用户未操作smartbi系统的情况下，相关会话不会被中间件（Tomcat、weblogic、WebSphere等中间件）断开，即不出现会话超时，我们的war包应用调用了浏览器的异步请求接口：当我们在浏览器中单独登陆smartbi，停留在smartbi的界面时，smartbi会自动每隔2分钟发起一次请求（请求的内容是noop.jsp
