使用ARM Cpu+Kylin Linux，启动propertycenter组件时，偶发碰到如下错误：

There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environmentcontinue
Cannot create worker Gc thread. Out of system resources.

原因是安全策略限制了线程的创建。需要修改docker-compose.xml，增加配置项：

    security_opt:
      - seccomp=unconfined  # 禁用seccomp限制
