切换参数时环形图会发生平移。
1、修改电脑的显示设置，如下图所示，修改为100%
2、然后重启excel或者wps，重新识别dpi
3、将原本的报表通过smartbi的插件端打开后重新点击发布固定dpi即可，在生产机设置即可，其他查看报表的电脑无需设置。
更换到V95_20200429_2021_7_26号的war包即可修复。
