问题说明：
场景1、点击备份知识库没有任何反应，按F12查看脚本，报错如下：
场景2、导出报表没有任何反应，按F12查看脚本，报错如下：（注意：电子表格-清单表导出逻辑不一样，因此会出现导出清单报表正常，但导出其他报表异常）
mixed content : the page at “https://ip:端口/smartbi/vision/index.jsp” was loaded over Https,but requested an insecure form action“http://ip:端口/smartbi/vision/index.jsp······” .this request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS
解决方案：
此报错是https的问题，在遇到此问题的环境中smartbi服务器用的是http没用https，是用了前置机映射为https的，但是前置机没处理好导致请求是http的请求，所以导致此报错。此问题可以通过检查前置机的设置确保其请求是https的请求或者是把smartbi也部署成https的。
如果是nginx代理，参考nginx配置https代理http协议的smartbi重定向时出现各种不正常现象解决。
