问题现象
Oracle作为知识库，测试连接报"连接失败:Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor"
问题原因
Smartbi连接orale12c连接字符串上有特殊性。
解决方法
输入的数据库名最前面需添加斜杠 /
